Park Perfect Day

Earlier this week Jacob and I went to Centennial Park with our dear friends Jenny and Addy. The day was perfect....overcast and warm enough for sandals. We had such a lovely time and the kiddos were too cute. Of course, Jen and I couldn't resist taking lots of pictures. Upon arrival we went to the flower garden. The tulips were in full bloom and BEAUTIFUL. The pic above shows Jacob and Addy sniffing the flowers.
Mmmm...they smell so pretty J really getting his nose down in there

playing under the bridge
aren't these flowers just stunning!?!

miss priss
these two were so cute walking next to each other and

carrying on little conversations
cutie-pa-tooties
oh boy, we had a blast feeding the ducks

checking out the Parthenon
he was having so much fun
i love that they both have their sippy cups in hand

J is talking to Sid about something
you can't go to the park and not have a picnic

i tried to get them to look, but they were too into the food

Centennial Park also has a great playground. After lunch we went and let the kids slide and swing. On the way to our cars we had to stop and take a look at the giant choo-choo trains.

J kept saying, "it so big"
who doesn't love throwing rocks?

I can't wait for more Spring days!!!

We had Thursday morning to hang out so we went to the Desert Museum. It was their version of a zoo I guess....trails mapped out in the middle of the desert. I was even more nervous about seeing certain critters out here for sure. Luckily, the only ones we saw were in cages.

We had a big pep rally/send off for the team in the courtyard of the hotel. The band and cheerleaders performed. All our fans were there and it was a great way to get ready for the game.
